Power Bond Structural Urethane

Power Bond - Fast and Slow are extremely high strength two part Urethane that comes in a dual cartridge that must be dispensed with a proper dispensing gun. Commonly used to provide strong repairs to broken wood furniture pieces, broken vinyl siding, and broken plastic panels.
These products are either used with mixing tips, or applied directly onto a mixing board and manually mixed with a spreading knife, until both colors are thoroughly blended. can be used for structural repairs to plastics, metal, fibreglass, stone and wood. These products can not have long term exposure to UV sunlight.
Power Bond - Fast and Power Bond - Slow are identical except for the fact that Power Bond - Fast has a working time of 3.5 minutes and hardens for sanding or grinding after 30 minutes. Power Bond - Slow has a working time of 35 - 50 minutes and is set up for grinding or sanding in 3 hours. Slower set-up time is ideal for panels or furniture with complicated or multiple fractured repairs that require longer working time and can be clamped for longer periods of time. Longer working time is often necessary for complicated repairs.

Instructions:
1. Thoroughly clean area to be repaired
2. Scuff any smooth or shiny surfaces (i.e. back of plastic panels) with low grit paper (80grit - 120grit) or coarse Scotch Brite pads
3. Wipe away all dust and contaminants
4. Make sure pieces to be joined properly fit before applying Power Bond
5. Mix Power Bond by using either mixing tips or manually on a mixing board/sheet
6. Apply liberally to repair area and hold or clamp until product is hard to the touch
7. Cut or grind away any excess or protruding product
8. Your structural repair should now be complete. Proceed with the rest of your repair with either Power Flex, Glacier, or the appropriate repair product of your choice
