HGTC is an H2O based clear that can be used as an additive or as a Top Coat. Provides extra strength and H2O resistant.
Instructions:
High Gloss Top Coat is extremely flexible and dries clear. This product can be added to Liquid Miracle or used as a Top Coat. It can be flattened/dulled with H2O based flatner/duller. As an additive, add up to 50% to your Liquid Miracle Coating.
