Epoxy Tubes
Two part epoxy in one tube. For repairing and rebuilding stone, wood and various other items hard surfaces quickly and easily with a curing agent built in. Can be used primarily as a filler but also as an adhesive. Currently comes in 12 different colors. Can be used for indoor or outdoor use.
When working on stone or tile, thoroughly clean and dry before applying. When working on wood, make sure area to be repaired is clean and has a rough surface for proper adhesion.
Step 1) Using a razor blade or knife, cut off desired amount of epoxy. Remove plastic surround from piece/
Step 2) Mix by kneading with fingers to a uniform color. If mixing is difficult, warm to room temperature or slightly above.
Step 3) Apply to surface to be repaired with a firm spreading knife or blade. Force into cracks or holes and remove remaining material.
Step 4) A small amount of Blush Retarder added to epoxy after mixing can slow curing time, and makes the epoxy softer and easier to press into cracks and voids. Do not mix with water, or lacquer thinner.
CURING: 8.5-10 minute work life and hardens in 30 minutes to form a bond.
COLORING: Allow to harden before applying Techniclear, Special T or any other colors or coatings. Special T Color, SEM Color Coat, and Techniclear will temporarily soften and melt Epoxy.
